CT&P was founded in 2019, with origins dating back to the 1970s as a spin-off from Deloitte. It provides clients with tailored professional services across tax, corporate, assurance, audit and accountancy, serving both domestic and international clients. 

CT&P's team of around 54 professionals includes partners, Of Counsel, associates and support staff. Partners hold active roles on professional boards, including as Statutory Auditors, Board Directors and Supervisory Board members (including under anti-bribery Legislative Decree no. 231/2001), across listed companies. CT&P maintains strong relationships with major banks, law firms and independent experts, ensuring well-rounded support for clients, who include leading Italian groups, stock exchange-listed companies and multinationals headquartered across Europe and the US.
